Who can take Cinchy Skin Care Supplements?
Cinchy Skin Care Supplements can be taken by most healthy adults, age 18 and older. We recommend that you consult with your personal physician before taking any new supplements!
Do the supplements replace sunscreen? Should I adjust my usage or SPF?
Cinchy skin supplements are meant to be used in conjunction with your topical sunscreen, and should never be used as a sunscreen replacement. You can never give your skin too much protection from the direct sun - so continue to apply sunscreen as usual!
Do the supplements prevent skin cancer?
Studies show that daily use of nicotinamide administered at 500mg twice daily showed a reduction of the most common skin cancers (basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma) and pre-cancers (actinickeratoses).

Is Niacin the same thing as Nicotinamide (Aka Niacinamide)?
No. Although both are vitamin B3 derivatives, the chemical structures are different. Nicotinamide (aka niacinamide) does not cause the annoying side effect of flushing that niacin does. Niacin has not been shown to reduce skin cancer.
How long is the bottle good for after purchase?
Cinchy Skin Care Supplements are good for three years after the date of manufacture, which you can find printed on the bottom of the bottle. Our supplements will provide the best support when used daily over a consistent period of time.
Should I take Cinchy Skin Care Supplements daily, or only when I’ll be out in the sun?
Cinchy Skin Care Supplements will provide the best long-term results when taken daily. You can still see benefits by taking it only on days you’ll be spending more time in the sun, and it is best to take it at least two hours prior to sun exposure.
How long does shipping take?

If I’m a skin cancer patient, do I need to tell my doctor that I’m taking Cinchy Supplements?

I’m noticing some brown spots on some of the capsules. Is this normal and is it safe to consume?
Some capsules have brown spots and uneven color, these are due to natural variations in the vegetable cellulose capsules and are completely safe to consume.
